NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING The Top of Alabama Regional Housing Authority will conduct a Public Hearing on the 2017 Capital Fund Grant AL09P189501-17 Annual Plan & PHA Plan that is being submitted by the Top of Alabama Regional Housing Authority. The Top of Alabama Regional Housing Authority invites public comments on the Annual Plan and PHA Plan. All information relevant to the plan is available for inspection at the Central Office, 293 Denson Avenue, Boaz, Alabama during normal business hours. The Public Hearings will be held at 9:00A.M. on September 28, 2016 at the Ardmore homes office located on Homes Street, Ardmore, Alabama; 11:00A.M. at the Owens Homes office located on Tillman mills Road, Athens, Alabama; 1:00P.M. at Tanner Homes office located on Caroline Drive, Tanner, Alabama; 2:00P.M. at Madison homes office located on Garner Street, Madison, Alabama and 3:30 P.M. at Gurley Gardens office located on Rosedown Avenue, Gurley, Alabama.
