NOTICE OF MORTGAGE FORECLOSURE SALE Default having been made in the payment of the indebtedness secured by that certain mortgage dated November 6, 2003, executed by Willie C. Townsend and Geraldine Townsend, husband and wife, to Joey G. Hardiman, which mortgage was recorded on November 6, 2003, in RLPY 2003, Page 81502, of the mortgage records in the Office of the Judge of Probate of Limestone County, Alabama, the undersigned has elected to declare the entire indebtedness secured by the mortgage to be due and payable as provided in said mortgage, and notice is hereby given that, pursuant to law and the power of sale contained in said mortgage, the undersigned, acting by and through his officer, agent, attorney and/or auctioneer, will sell at public outcry, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, at the ground level entrance on the East side of the Limestone County Courthouse at Athens, Alabama, during the legal hours of sale on the 19th day of August, 2016, the following described real estate situated in Limestone County, Alabama, to-wit: Lots 33, 34 and 35 of Block B in the Campbell Subdivision of a part of the Northeast Quarter of the Northwest Quarter of Section 18 and a part of the Southeast Quarter of the Northwest Quarter of Section 18, all in Township 3 South, Range 4 West, according to map thereof on file in the Probate Office of Limestone County, Alabama, which map is referred to as Campbell Addition to the Town of Athens, Alabama. Subject to easements, restrictions of record, and current ad valorem taxes. Said sale will be made for the purpose of paying the indebtedness secured by the aforesaid mortgage and the proceeds thereof will be applied as provided by the terms of said mortgage.
