NOTICE OF MORTGAGE FORECLOSURE SALE Default having been made in the payment of the indebtedness secured by that certain Mortgage executed by Lennetta Jackson, a married person, to Regions Bank d/b/a Regions Mortgage, dated the 16th day of December, 2011, which Mortgage was recorded in the Office of the Judge of Probate of Limestone County, Alabama, in Real Property Book 2011, at Page 66546. The undersigned Mortgagee, Regions Bank dba Regions Mortgage, will, under and by virtue of the power of sale contained in said Mortgage, sell at auction to the highest bidder for cash before the main entrance of the Limestone County Courthouse in the City of Athens, Alabama, during the legal hours of sale on September 13, 2016, the real property described in said Mortgage, which said description is hereby referred to and made a part hereof, said property being situated in Limestone County, Alabama, to-wit: Lot 11 Olde Cobblestone Subdivision Phase 2, a Re-Subdivision of Tract 1 of Olde Cobblestone Subdivision Phase 1 (Plat H at Page 67) according to the map or plat thereof as the same appears of record in Plat Book H at Pages 97 and 98 in the Office of the Judge of Probate of Limestone County, Alabama.
