NOTICE OF MORTGAGE FORECLOSURE SALE Alabama, Limestone County Default having been made pursuant to the terms of that certain mortgage executed by Kay Smith and Ronald E. Smith, Husband and Wife to RBC Bank (USA), dated 03/09/09, said mortgage being recorded in Book 2009, Page 17963, in the Office of the Judge of Probate of Limestone County, AL. PNC Bank, National Association s/b/m/t RBC Bank (USA), under and by virtue of the power of sale contained in said mortgage, will sell at public outcry to the highest bidder for cash or certified/bank check only. The certified/bank check should be made payable to or endorsed to RCO Legal, P.C. The sale will take place during the legal hours of sale, on 06/23/16 before the courthouse door of Limestone County, AL the following real estate, situated in Limestone County, AL, to-wit: LOT NUMBER 18 OF THE EAST POINT VILLA SUBDIVISION, ADDITION NUMBER 1, AS RECORDED IN THE PROBATE OFFICE OF LIMESTONE COUNTY, ALABAMA IN PLAT BOOK "E", PAGE 49. Said property is commonly known as 27745 Justin Drive, Harvest, AL 35749. The indebtedness has been and is hereby declared due and payable because of default under the terms of said Mortgage and Note, including but not limited to the nonpayment of the indebtedness as and when due. The indebtedness remaining in default, this sale will be made for the purpose of paying the same, all expenses of the sale, including attorney's fees and all other payments provided for under the terms of the Mortgage and Note. In accordance with Ala. Code §6-5-248(h) notice is given that Alabama law gives some persons who have an interest in property the right to redeem the property under certain circumstances.
