MODULAR CONNECTIONS, LLC has completed its work on the Community Safe Room for the Limestone County EMA Wooley Springs Site. This construction was part of FEMA Project No. DR1971-414. Any person having a claim against the project should notify Lee Helms & Associates, 236 Town Mart, Suite 100, Clanton, Alabama 35045 or the Limestone County EMA, 1011 West Market Street, Athens Alabama, 35611.
