MORTGAGE FORECLOSURE SALE Default having been made in the payment of the indebtedness secured by that certain mortgage executed by Kalicia Darby, A married Woman, joined by her husband Daryle L. Darby and Della H. Darby, a married woman, originally in favor of Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc., as nominee for MortgageAmerica, Inc., Corporation, on the 22nd day of June, 2010, said mortgage recorded in the Office of the Judge of Probate of Limestone County, Alabama, in Book 2010 Page 31244; the undersigned Wells Fargo Bank, N.A., as Mortgagee/Transferee, under and by virtue of the power of sale contained in said mortgage, will sell at public outcry to the highest bidder for cash, in front of the main entrance of the Courthouse at Athens, Limestone County, Alabama, on April 18, 2018, during the legal hours of sale, all of its right, title, and interest in and to the following described real estate, situated in Limestone County, Alabama, to-wit: Lots 14, 15, and 16 in Block 2 of Westlawn Subdivision according to the map of said subdivision as shown in Plat Book B, Page 2 as recorded in the Office of the Judge of Probate of Limestone County, Alabama.
