MORTGAGE FORECLOSURE SALE Default having been made in the payment of the indebtedness secured by that certain mortgage executed by Genaro Storm Echandie, unmarried man, originally in favor of Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc., as nominee for InterLinc Mortgage Services, LLC, on the 30th day of November, 2015, said mortgage recorded in the Office of the Judge of Probate of Limestone County, Alabama, in RLPY Book: 2015 Page: 58216; the undersigned Nationstar Mortgage LLC d/b/a Mr. Cooper, as Mortgagee/Transferee, under and by virtue of the power of sale contained in said mortgage, will sell at public outcry to the highest bidder for cash, in front of the main entrance of the Courthouse at Athens, Limestone County, Alabama, on February 7, 2018, during the legal hours of sale, all of its right, title, and interest in and to the following described real estate, situated in Limestone County, Alabama, to-wit: Lot 32, according to the map of survey of Creekwood Subdivision, as recorded in Plat Book E, Page 76, Probate Records of Limestone County, Alabama. Less and Except all that part of Lot 32 of Creekwood Subdivision as recorded in Plat Book E, on Page 76, in the Probate Records Office of Limestone County, Alabama, more particularly described as beginning at the Southeast corner of said Lot 32, said point being on the West margin of Creek Hill, a 60 foot right of way and culdesac of 60 foot radius; thence from the Point of the Beginning North 49 degrees 11 minutes 50 seconds West 175.00 feet to the Southwest corner of said Lot 32; thence South 50 degrees 14 minutes 44 seconds East 175.19 feet to a point on the West margin of Creek Hill; thence along said West margin of Creek Hill, around a curve to the left with a radius equal to 60 feet for a distance of 3.2 feet to the Point of Beginning.
