CONTINUATION OF MORTGAGE FORECLOSURE SALE Default having been made in the payment of the indebtedness secured by that certain mortgage executed to Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc. as nominee for Platinum Mortgage, Inc. on May 27, 2010, by Michael K. Harrell and Jennifer Harrell, Husband and wife, and recorded in RLPY Book 2010, Page 26011 and modified in agreement recorded October 14, 2014 in RLPY Book 2014, Page 45157, and secured indebtedness having been transferred or assigned to Wells Fargo Bank, NA as reflected by instrument recorded in RLPY Book 2012, Page 19628 of the same Office.
