MORTGAGE FORECLOSURE SALE Default having been made in the payment of the indebtedness secured by that certain mortgage executed on February 1, 2006 by Morris H. Bramlett, II and wife, Kristine R. Bramlett, originally in favor of Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc. as nominee for Renasant Bank, and recorded in RLPY Book 2006 at Page 7840 on February 6, 2006, and modified in and corrected by Affidavit recorded June 14, 2017 in RLPY Book 2017, Page 33166, in the Office of the Judge of Probate of Limestone County, Alabama, and secured indebtedness having been transferred or assigned to Wells Fargo Bank, N.A. as reflected by instrument recorded in RLPY Book 2017, page 2280 of the same Office. Shapiro and Ingle, L.L.P., as counsel for Mortgagee or Transferee and under and by virtue of power of sale contained in the said mortgage will, on September 6, 2017, sell at public outcry to the highest bidder in front of the main entrance of the Limestone County, Alabama, Courthouse in the City of Athens, during the legal hours of sale, the following real estate situated in Limestone County, Alabama, to wit: Lot 13, Bay Hill Village Phase III, as same appears of record in the office of the Judge of Probate of Limestone County, Alabama, Plat Book G, page 80. The above described property is conveyed subject to the declaration of restrictive covenants applicable to Bay Hill Village, and now made applicable to Bay Village, Phase III, as an addition, which declaration of restrictive and protective covenants appears of record in the Office of The judge of Probate of Limestone County, Alabama, RLPY BOOK 2001, Page 34120. The above described property is conveyed subject to restrictions, covenants and conditions as appears of record in the Office of the Judge of Probate of Limestone County, Alabama, Volume 437, Page 333, and Volume 808, Page 264. The above described property is conveyed subject to easements, rights-of-way, and setbacks as appear on plat of Bay Hill village Phase III, Probate Office of Limestone County, Alabama, Plat Book G, Page 80. Being the same real estate conveyed to grantor herein by deed recorded at RLPY 2002, Page 62811. The above described property is conveyed subject to easements, restrictions, covenants or set-back line which may be of record.
