NOTICE OF MORTGAGE FORECLOSURE SALE Default having been made in the payment of the indebtedness secured by that certain Mortgage executed by Brian K. Blakely, an unmarried man, to First American Bank, dated the 25th day of July, 2002, which Mortgage was recorded in the Office of the Judge of Probate of Limestone County, Alabama, in Real Property Book 2002, at Page 37896; said Mortgage having been transferred and assigned by First American Bank to Alabama Housing Finance Authority by virtue of that certain Assignment of Mortgage dated July 25, 2002, and recorded in said Probate Office in Real Property Book 2002, at Page 69115; said Mortgage having been further transferred and assigned by Alabama Housing Finance Authority to New South Federal Savings Bank by virtue of that certain Assignment of Mortgage dated August 20, 2002, and recorded in said Probate Office in Real Property Book 2002, at Page 69116; said Mortgage having been further transferred and assigned by New South Federal Savings Bank to Alabama Housing Finance Authority by virtue of that certain Assignment of Mortgage dated July 5, 2005 and recorded in said Probate Office in Real Property Book 2005, at Page 49124. The undersigned, Alabama Housing Finance Authority, as Assignee of said Mortgage will, under and by virtue of the power of sale contained in said Mortgage, sell at auction to the highest bidder for cash before the main entrance of the Limestone County Courthouse in the City of Athens, Alabama, during the legal hours of sale on July 19, 2017, the real property described in said Mortgage, which said description is hereby referred to and made a part hereof, said property being situated in Limestone County, Alabama, to-wit: Lot which lies in the Southeast Quarter of Section 11, Township 2 South, Range 5 West, and is more particularly described as follows: Commencing at a railroad spike in the center of a County Road at the Southeast corner of said Section 11, and run along the section line, south 89 degrees 31 minutes West 1727.7 feet to a point in the Section Line Road, Which is approximately 200 feet West of Easter Ferry Road; and thence North 22 degrees 51 minutes West, 1876.1 feet to a railroad spike in the center of Easter Ferry Road (the true point of beginning); thence North 28 degrees 15 minutes West, 170.2 feet along the center line of Easter Ferry Road to a nail; thence North 88 degrees 01 minutes East, 260.0 feet to an iron pin; thence South 28 degrees 15 minutes East, 170.2 feet to an iron pin; thence South 88 degrees 01 minutes West, passing an iron pin at 46 feet in all 260.0 feet to the point of beginning, containing 0.91 acre more or less.
