AND BEING SUBJECT TO: One half the right-of-way of Reid Road along the East boundary of the above described property, said right-of-way containing 0.15 acres, more or less. This sale is made for the purpose of paying the indebtedness secured by said mortgage as well as expenses of foreclosure.
