2. Public Hearing. Request of North Alabama Retail LLC for Preliminary and Final approval for North Alabama Retail Subdivision, a 2 lot subdivision located at east of French Farms Blvd and south of US Highway 72 in a B-2 General Business District.
3. Public Hearing. Request of Ortho Sports Enterprises, LLC to rezone approximately 64 acres located adjacent to Village of Piney Creek Subdivision at the end of Waterview Ln. and Bluffview Dr. from P-R Planned Residential to AG Agricultural.
