NOTICE OF MORTGAGE FORECLOSURE SALE Alabama Limestone County Default having been made pursuant to the terms of that certain mortgage executed by Enos Hollingsworth and Saretha E. Hollingsworth, husband and wife, for and during their joint lives and upon the death of either of them, then to the survivor of them in Fee Simple, together with every contingent reminder and right of reversion to Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc. as nominee for Amerigroup Mortgage Corporation, a division of Mortgage Investors Corporation, its successors and assigns, dated 05/23/12, said mortgage being recorded in Book 2012, Page 30476, in the Office of the Judge of Probate of Limestone County, AL said Mortgage was last sold, assigned and transferred to Freedom Mortgage Corporation. Freedom Mortgage Corporation, under and by virtue of the power of sale contained in said mortgage, will sell at public outcry to the highest bidder for cash or certified/bank check only. The certified/bank check should be made payable to or endorsed to RCO Legal, P.C. The sale will take place during the legal hours of sale, on 06/20/17 before the courthouse door of Limestone County, AL the following real estate, situated in Limestone County, AL, to-wit: LOT 93, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT OF SURVEY OF CHURCHHILL PARK, SECTION 24, T3S, R3W, LIMESTONE COUNTY, ALABAMA AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK G, PAGE 205, IN THE OFFICE OF THE JUDGE OF PROBATE OF LIMESTONE COUNTY, ALABAMA. Said property is commonly known as 29523 Windsor Lane, Harvest, AL 35749. The indebtedness has been and is hereby declared due and payable because of default under the terms of said Mortgage and Note, including but not limited to the nonpayment of the indebtedness as and when due. The indebtedness remaining in default, this sale will be made for the purpose of paying the same, all expenses of the sale, including attorney's fees and all other payments provided for under the terms of the Mortgage and Note.
