MORTGAGE FORECLOSURE SALE Default having been made in the payment of the indebtedness secured by that certain mortgage executed by William Andujar and Mary A. Andujar, husband and wife, originally in favor of American General Financial Services of Alabama, Inc., on the 25th day of August, 2006, said mortgage recorded in the Office of the Judge of Probate of Limestone County, Alabama, in RLPY Book 2006, Page 59167; the undersigned U.S. Bank National Association as Indenture Trustee for CIM Trust 2015-4AG Mortgage-Backed Notes, Series 2015-4AG, as Mortgagee/Transferee, under and by virtue of the power of sale contained in said mortgage, will sell at public outcry to the highest bidder for cash, in front of the main entrance of the Courthouse at Athens, Limestone County, Alabama, on April 5, 2017, during the legal hours of sale, all of its right, title, and interest in and to the following described real estate, situated in Limestone County, Alabama, to-wit: A rectangular lot 105 feet North and South and 400 feet East and West situated in the Southeast Quarter of the Southeast Quarter, Section 8, Township 2 South, Range 5 West, more particularly described as beginning at a point, 555 feet North of the Southeast corner and 50 feet West of the Southeast corner of said section, which point is on the South line of a lot heretofore conveyed to Roger Wayne Moore and Carol Sue Moore by Deed recorded in Volume 791, Page 196; thence run due West 400 feet to a point; thence South 105 feet to a point; thence run due East 400 feet; thence run North 105 feet to the true point of beginning. Being part of the same property described in Deed Book 799, Page 566 in the Probate Office of Limestone County, Alabama.
