MORTGAGE FORECLOSURE SALE Default having been made in the payment of the indebtedness secured by that certain mortgage executed by Randall R. Hammock and Pamela E. Hammock, husband and wife, originally in favor of Superior Bank, on the 25th day of August, 2009, said mortgage recorded in the Office of the Judge of Probate of Limestone County, Alabama, in RLPY Book 2009 Page 56109; having been modified by Loan Modification Agreement recorded in RLPY Book 2013 Page 60937; the undersigned Cadence Bank, National Association, successor by merger with Superior Bank, National Association f/k/a Superior Bank, as Mortgagee/Transferee, under and by virtue of the power of sale contained in said mortgage, will sell at public outcry to the highest bidder for cash, in front of the main entrance of the Courthouse at Athens, Limestone County, Alabama, on February 15, 2017, during the legal hours of sale, all of its right, title, and interest in and to the following described real estate, situated in Limestone County, Alabama, to-wit: A tract of land lying and being in the Northwest Quarter of the Northwest Quarter of Section 25, Township 2 South, Range 5 West, and more particularly described as follows: Beginning at a point on the North boundary of said Section 25, 135 feet West of the Northeast corner of said Northwest Quarter of Northwest Quarter Section, said point also lying in the center of a County Road; thence continue West along the North boundary of said Section 25 and along the center of said County Road, 135 feet; thence South and parallel with the East boundary of said Northwest Quarter of Northwest Quarter Section 322.66 feet; thence East and parallel with the North boundary of said Section 25, 135 feet; thence North 322.66 feet to the Point of Beginning.
