NOTICE OF FORECLOSURE SALE Default having been made in the payment of the indebtedness secured by that certain mortgage executed by Mickey Lynn Martin and Delilah Stinnett Martin, husband and wife, to Oldstone Mortgage Company, L.L.C., on June 7, 1999, said mortgage being recorded in the Office of the Judge of Probate of Limestone County, Alabama, at Book 99351, Page 43; and subsequently transferred to The Chase Manhattan Bank as Indenture Trustee; The Chase Manhattan Bank as Indenture Trustee, under and by virtue of the power of sale contained in said mortgage, will sell at public outcry to the highest bidder for cash, in front of the main entrance of the Limestone County Courthouse, in Athens, Alabama, on January 11, 2017, during the legal hours of sale, the following described real estate, situated in Limestone County, Alabama, to-wit: A PARCEL OR TRACT OF LAND LOCATED IN THE EAST HALF OF THENORTHEAST QUARTER OF SECTION 23, TOWNSHIP 3 SOUTH, RANGE 3 WEST, LIMESTONE COUNTY, ALABAMA AND BEING MORE PARTICULARLY DESCRIBED AS FOLLOWS: BEGINNING AT THE NORTHEAST CORNER OF A 487.0 FOOT STRIP EVENLY OFF THE WEST SIDE OF THE EAST HALF OF THENORTHEAST QUARTER OF SAID SECTION 23 AND ALSO ON THE INTERSECTION OF THE CENTERLINE OF CAPSHAW ROAD WITH THE CENTERLINE OF HELEN BALCH ROAD; SAID POINT BEING THE TRUE POINT OF BEGINNING OF THE HEREIN DESCRIBED REAL ESTATE; THENCE FROMTHE TRUE POINT OF BEGINNING RUN WEST AND ALONG THE CENTERLINE OF CAPSHAW ROAD, 210.0 FEET TO A POINT; THENCE RUN SOUTH, 210.0 FEET TO A POINT; THENCE RUN EAST, 210 FEET TO A POINT ON THE CENTERLINE OF HELEN BALCH ROAD; THENCE NORTH AND ALONG THECENTERLINE OF HELEN BALCH ROAD, 210.0 FEET TO THE TRUE POINT OF BEGINNING SAID TRACT BEING SUBJECT TO ONE-HALF THE RIGHT OF WAY OF BOTH CAPSHAW ROAD AND HELEN BALCH ROAD. This sale is made for the purpose of paying the indebtedness secured by said mortgage, as well as the expense of foreclosure.
