NOTICE OF MORTGAGE FORECLOSURE SALE Default having been made in the payment of the indebtedness secured by that certain Mortgage executed by William C. Bailey, Jr. and Tracey S. Bailey, husband and wife, to First Bank Mortgage Corporation dba FirstTrust Mortgage Corporation, dated the 17th day of July, 1998, which Mortgage was recorded in the Office of the Judge of Probate of Limestone County, Alabama, in Fiche 98363, at Page 67; said Mortgage having been transferred and assigned by First Bank Mortgage d/b/a FirstTrust Mortgage Corporation to Alabama Housing Finance Authority by virtue of that certain Assignment of Mortgage dated July 17, 1998, and recorded in said Probate Office in Fiche 98500, at Page 51; said Mortgage having been transferred and assigned by Alabama Housing Finance Authority to Regions Mortgage, Inc. by virtue of that certain Assignment of Mortgage dated July 30, 1998 and recorded in Fiche 98500, at Page 52; said Mortgage having been further transferred and assigned by Regions Bank dba Regions Mortgage, as successor by merger to Regions Mortgage, Inc. formerly known as Real Estate Financing, Inc. to Alabama Housing Finance Authority by virtue of that certain Assignment of Mortgage dated August 2, 2005 and recorded in Real Property Book 2005, at Page 47994. The undersigned, Alabama Housing Finance Authority, as Assignee of said Mortgage will, under and by virtue of the power of sale contained in said Mortgage, sell at auction to the highest bidder for cash before the main entrance of the Limestone County Courthouse in the City of Athens, Alabama, during the legal hours of sale on December 1, 2016, the real property described in said Mortgage, which said description is hereby referred to and made a part hereof, said property being situated in Limestone County, Alabama, to-wit: Lot 2, Block 7, Annie Wray Nelson Farm Subdivision, Plat No. 4, said subdivision recorded in Plat Book E, Page 85, in the Office of the Judge of Probate, Limestone County Courthouse, Athens, Alabama.
