NOTICE OF MORTGAGE FORECLOSURE SALE Default having been made in the payment of the indebtedness secured by that certain mortgage executed by Susan D. Miller and Glenn M. Miller on April 28, 2010, originally in favor of Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc., as nominee for Platinum Mortgage, Inc., which was recorded on May 4, 2010 in Mortgage Book 2010, Page 21055 in the Office of the Judge of Probate of Limestone County, Alabama, and subsequently assigned and transferred to Bank of America, N.A., Successor by Merger to BAC Home Loans Servicing, LP by an Assignment of Mortgage recorded on March 22, 2012 in Misc. Book 2012, Page 15484 in the Office of the Judge of Probate of Limestone County, Alabama.
