NOTICE OF MORTGAGE FORECLOSURE SALE Default having been made in the payment of the indebtedness secured by that certain mortgage dated December 3, 2015, executed by Janice F. Loveday, a single woman, to Paul D. Moore and Corliss V. Moore, which mortgage was recorded on December 8, 2015, in RLPY 2015, Page 59356, in the mortgage records in the office of the Judge of Probate of Limestone County, Alabama, the undersigned has elected to declare the entire indebtedness secured by the mortgage to be due and payable as provided in said mortgage, and notice is hereby given that, pursuant to law and the power of sale contained in said mortgage, the undersigned, acting by and through their officer, agent, attorney and/or auctioneer, will sell at public outcry, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, in front of the main entrance to the Limestone County Courthouse at Athens, Alabama, during the legal hours of sale on the 30th day of September, 2016, the following described real estate situated in Limestone County, Alabama, to-wit: Lot 20, Block 1, Oakland Meadows Subdivision, according to the map or plat thereof on file and of record in the office of the Judge of Probate of Limestone County, Alabama, in Plat Book F, Page 40. Subject to easements, restrictions of record, and current ad valorem taxes. Said sale will be made for the purpose of paying the indebtedness secured by the aforesaid mortgage and the proceeds thereof will be applied as provided by the terms of said mortgage.
